Varholdt AI LLC ("we," "us") runs varholdt.com. This page explains what information we handle and how — in plain English, because that's how we do everything else.
What we collect
This site has no accounts, no forms, and no advertising trackers. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us:
- If you book a call, scheduling runs through Cal.com. They collect your name, email, and anything you type into the booking form, and share it with us so we can hold the meeting. Cal.com's own privacy policy governs their handling of that data.
- If you email us at layken@varholdt.com, we keep the correspondence like any small business would.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your information — to anyone, ever.
- We don't run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- We don't send marketing email unless you've asked us to stay in touch.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel, which logs standard technical request data (IP address, browser type) to serve and secure the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving the font files. Scheduling is handled by Cal.com as described above.
Client work
Documents and data shared with us during an audit, sprint, or build are used only to do that work, are never used to train public AI models, and are deleted or returned on request when the engagement ends.
