Custom apps · Phone and desktop · Built for your team

A simpler app, built around how your team works.

When the software you pay for is bloated, hard to use and built for a company ten times your size, I build one that fits. It runs next to your old software until you're ready to switch.

What an app can do

Your team's work, in one place.

Each app is built around the steps your team already takes. These are the kinds of things it handles.

  • Forms that fit the job. Reports, requests, checklists and sign-offs, filled in on a phone or at a desk in a few minutes.
  • Everything live in one place. Each entry shows up the moment it's filed, not at the end of the week.
  • Photos, signatures and files. Attached where they belong, instead of buried in texts and email.
  • Alerts that reach the right person. When something needs attention, whoever handles it hears right away.
  • Exports to what you already use. PDFs to SharePoint or Google Drive, and data out for payroll, accounting or spreadsheets.
  • Add people yourself. A new hire is on the app the same day, without a call to a vendor.

Intake, scheduling, inspections, approvals, field reports: if your team works around its software, tell me what it is.

Diagnostic

We go through the software you pay for, what your team works around, and what has to carry over.

Quoted up front

A plan and a quote

The screens, what moves over from your old software, and the price, before anything starts. Saying no is fine.

Side by side, then switch

Built and kept running

It runs next to your old software until your team is ready. I keep it running and improving while you use it.

App questions

Before you ask.

Anything else, put it in the form below. I read every message myself.

What does it cost?

A setup price to build it, then a yearly price that covers hosting, support and improvements. Both are quoted before you agree to anything.

Who owns it?

Your data is yours, and you can export all of it anytime. I own and run the app, which keeps the setup price down. If I ever stop supporting it, you get the code.

Do we have to cancel our current software first?

No. The app runs next to it until your team is ready, so nobody gets stuck halfway through a switch.

Will my team actually use it?

It's built around the steps they already take, and they try it on their own phones and computers before you switch. If something slows them down, it changes.

Can it work with what we already have?

Usually. Files can go to SharePoint or Google Drive, and records export for payroll, accounting or spreadsheets.

Have you built apps before?

Yes. I've shipped eight production systems. Two you can open today: Public Parish, a live open-source app for Louisiana local government, and Atlas Outbound, which won first place at the Convex Modern Stack Hackathon.

Free 30-minute Diagnostic

What software is your team working around?

The first step is a free 30-minute Diagnostic, so the app is built from how your team actually works.

A few sentences is plenty.
