Who you're working with
I'm an Air Force veteran based in Lafayette, Louisiana. By day I'm a software engineer on a U.S. Department of Labor federal contract, an environment where traceability, documentation, and review standards are non-negotiable, and where I learned to build systems that survive scrutiny. I've shipped eight production systems, including a federal document parser, and won first place ($10,000) at the Convex Modern Stack Hackathon.
Why this business exists
Coordination-heavy companies like staffing firms, industrial and field-service operators, logistics, and construction back offices carry a hidden payroll: the people-hours spent reading, retyping, routing, and chasing documents between systems. AI is genuinely good at that work now, but every operations leader I talk to is stuck on the same question: where do we even start? Varholdt AI exists to answer that question honestly, then do the work.
How I work
No account managers, no handoffs, no retainers. Everything starts with a free 30-minute workflow diagnostic where I give you a straight answer, including "a tool you can already buy solves this, here's which one." That sentence is the whole business model: I only win if the advice is worth repeating to the next operator who calls. When an engagement ends, you own the client-specific system, results, and documentation. I keep only my reusable methods and general-purpose components, and you choose whether production runs in accounts you control or under a separate managed-operations agreement.
Your existing email, chat, CRM, ATS, ERP, spreadsheets, and document stores stay where your team works. Routine results return there quietly; only approvals and exceptions reach the responsible person. I add a small operations console only when a real cross-system queue, audit, health, or administration need requires one, never as another daily app for everybody.
